  1. Acknowledgement of a stereotypical perception is not endorsement. Some people wrongfully have associations between black people and abusive dog owners/breeders/fight ring organisers. It's not a justified stereotype and I think that's what the lady in this video was saying, she's saying "look how untrue that is".
