  7.  @UNIVERSAL-UR  My understanding is that Facebook, Twitter etc. took his exorting of people regarding 06/01/22 as incitement to violence. Whether you actually agree with that or not, they have a point.

  8.  @UNIVERSAL-UR  They have a point since his actions resulted in violence, an attack on a government building, someone died... that's all factual. So yeah, they enforced their rules in that regard. Don't get me wrong, the social media platforms are a cesspit when it comes to actual morals and taking action against hate groups. The amount of neo-Nazi groups that flourish on social media is worrying. And don't get me started on the bleach drinkers... But their lack of action in that regard doesn't mean their taking action in this case was unreasonable. Just means they know what to do and need to pull their finger out.

  9.  @UNIVERSAL-UR  There's a particular movement of people, following in the footsteps of "Reverend" Jim Humble who think drinking bleach water can cure anything. Got popular with some parents who believed it could "fix" their kid's autism by forcing them to drink it, needless to say its never gone well. But they operate in private groups on Facebook with nothing done to clamp down on the dangerous and harmful medical misinformation going around. Trump absolutely egged people on to storm the Capitol building, from the moment he lost the election he was using aggressive rhetoric to whip up his base. This escalated and escalated until he exorted them to move on the Capitol building. Did he plan all of it, did he want it to go down like it did? I don't know. Does he hold responsibility for it? Absolutely.
