  2.  @equalitypeace1695  Okay. Walk through this with me. A doctor trains in the UK. They don't like the hours or the pay. They decide to quit their job here and emigrate to a country with better pay. And your solution is to fire them? Can you see the glaring hole in your plan?

  3.  @equalitypeace1695  Moving past the very obvious flaw in your plan for a moment, do you understand that these strikes are happening because they've had consistent pay cuts? They signed a contract saying how much the pay was, how much the hours were... then the hours went up and the pay went down. I just want to be sure you understand why this is happening, before going back to how dumb your solution is.

  4.  @equalitypeace1695  The alternative is, like you say, going back to work and letting the government dictate the terms of any negation. Which is to say, no negotiations. Basically, you're telling them to sit down, shut up and accept it. Because that suits you. You wanna talk about dumb, selfish ideas? You wanna ensure that actually the majority of our trained medical workers DO in fact leave the UK for somewhere they can have better quality of life? 'Cos that'll do it. And then what? But no, let's fire every doctor who decides to quit. That'll work!
