@SkageXL5 You know that's rubbish. You know the result was 48/52. Barely over half the Brits wanted this. Factor in all the people who couldn't vote but expressly opposed Brexit, its much less than half.

Compared to when in history. A few hundred years back? Sure. But that's a pretty pointless statement. The reality is that "we" aren't really well off, certainly not compared to the early 2000s. The wealth ceiling has risen but most of us are now having to get by on less and less as prices continue to rise. Don't tell me how good things are 'cos the 1% have billions, when I'm working full time and am having to count the pennies to make ends meet.

@SkageXL5 Who is "they"? You started by saying that, statistically, any pensioner voted Tory and voted for Brexit. Then when someone chimes in saying they're a pensioner who didn't vote for either, you say that doesn't matter, then said that "Brits wanted this". Ignoring the fact that the Brexit result was incredibly close. You're just trying to pick fights for the sake of it. Pack it in.
