@MrManny075 What do you think happens if they leave? Who loses out? Will the British public just kick their heels or will it create the environment for new businesses to emerge and fill the gap? These companies you mention rely on people buying their products. They can't afford to cut themselves off.

@MrManny075 It's not a fantasy. If businesses go elsewhere, they're not getting money from people in this country. That money stays here. And people here will require products and services. There is a gap in the market and the big competition has gone. People here start new businesses. Plenty of unemployed people to get behind them. Stop listening to what bankers and corporate execs tell you is gonna happen, they've got a vested interest in selling a narrative. It's blackmail. We can look at human history to see how scenarios like this play out. Societies adapt.
