Three, actually. Do you not think that the full question is whether they can win an election NOW, after over a decade of horrendous corruption and mismanagement?

@jeffsmith5978 I forgot we had one in 2017, since it was so soon after and before the elections either side of it. And it really is the question chap, the context of the whole discussion should make that clear. If two football teams are getting ready for a match and the headline question is "Can the red team win the game?", do you think they're asking if it's possible for the red team to win any hypothetical match or does your brain engage and understand that they're referring to the upcoming fixture?
