Immigration hasn't caused the housing crisis. Treating housing like some money-printing machine is what has caused the problem.

@Holly_2011 We already had a shortage. If we had leadership that actually bothered to resolve this issue and build affordable housing, then we wouldn't have a shortage. Then it wouldn't matter that we had more people migrating here. If you're looking for a cause as to why we're struggling, look to Thatcher destroying the council housing system. Look to wealthy private landlords.
