  6. That in itself is a pretty homophobic argument. Look at it like this, by suggesting that extreme homophobes are actually closeted gay people it's shifting the burden of homophobia off of straight people and onto gay people. Which isn't the reality of discrimination that gay people face.

  7. I'm not sure there's much crossover between Carlson's audience and Myers'. Which would also mean Myers really isn't "grasping at coattails" since his audience exists independently of Carlson's career.

  8.  @3rdeye931  I haven't gone deep into the work history of every CNN or MSNBC anchor but they do seem to have journalist credentials. And while there's plenty to criticise about both networks, the issue here is about a network conspiring to push a false narrative to destabilise a government.
