@claypadgett3101 I don't see how you can say the implication is without logic when I'm simply pointing out elements from the story that jarr with Lindell's situation. The Boy Who Cries Wolf is about a kid who lies about a very real danger, over and over, to the point that no-one believes him when it actually happens. And if we accept that Lindell firmly believes the truth of what he's saying, that just goes further to making "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" an inappropriate comparison. On the one hand you have someone knowingly and willfully lying about something plausible that they know damn well isn't actually happening, until it does happen and they get killed while no-one believes them. On the other hand, we've got someone potentially deluded enough to genuinely believe this implausible thing is going down. So even if you think that everything Lindell's been saying is suddenly gonna come true and get him killed, it's not an apt comparison.
