@Killersam776 I disagree with this reasoning. You're equating someone's immutable identity with someone's acquired, even chosen views. That if we rule that it's wrong to discriminate against someone based on who they fundamentally are, it's equally wrong to discriminate against someone based on ideas they believe. This starts drifting into that absolute tolerance paradox. Some people are gay. Some people think that gay people shouldn't exist. It's impossible to have the same tolerance for both groups. So who do you side with?
