Wrong video. Also, it's plainly obvious that no-one had Diana killed. Her death was the result of irresponsible behaviour from several parties, including her.

@BOZ_11 No, you haven't asked that at any previous point. I can see your comments, I can see they haven't been edited. This is a weird reaction on your part. But go on, I'll indulge your weird self. As to why a second democratic chamber would work "better" than the first... you're right, there's no reason it should. But that's not the purpose of a second chamber. It's checks and balances. The idea of a second chamber is that (in theory) it prevents an unbalanced first chamber from passing laws and bills without oversight. The second chamber has the power of veto, so it keeps the first chamber in check. It's not a perfect system, especially because members of the second chamber are unelected and seem to be picked based on cronyism. Are you starting to understand what this is all about now?
