  1. Go to your regular family doctor and never listen to medical advice on-line ever again. It's always shite. I sleep fine now but didn't used to. One day I just decided not to look at my bedside clock and worry about how much longer it was till I had to get up.

  2.  @secretahsieg  I disagree. The internet (including YT) is full of charlatans and fakes prescribing all sorts of bizarre medical ideas. People should NEVER consult Doctor Google.
