  1. Sometimes it takes me ages to go to sleep. I end up clock-watching. When I have a bad night I don't go to sleep till about 3am and then I wake up at 5am. What helps lately is to just not care or worry about it. I just lay in bed and think "Well, if you have a bad night it's not the end of the world is it?" Seems to work for me.
