I believe there's liquid water below the ice the cryo volcano is shooting ice water with minerals in it a 200 Mi above the surface and it comes back down as snow, and we believe the ice is only 10 ft deep, which means we could send the probe to land on the ice and melt and send a UV in the water and test the chemicals in it as we know Cassini flew through the plume and picked up organic compounds, which are necessary for life
