  2. What happens is that the neutrons are always decaying on these nuclear weapons and have to be taken off the shelf or taking off their situation and then enriched what these weapons are too old to detonate a nuclear explosion but if they blew it up with a bomb that's what we call the dirty bomb

It was Reagan that was involved in the Strategic arm limitation talks and Colonel McGregor was one of the people that was working out of shape headquarters in Europe so he pretty much had a good understanding, the the nuclear weapons that concerned me the most was the small ones that could be carried in a suitcase, and there were a lot of tactical nuclear weapons all over the place and they were never counted in the Strategic arm limitation talks

You can pick up nuclear weapons I can't tell you exactly how they do it but you could fly a plane over an area and you could detect a nuclear weapon you don't have to have drones to do it and if they were looking 4 radioactive material they would look look for a 24 hours a day 7 days a week not just that night
