Trump knew that we had to get out of the anti-ballistic missile treaty because number one Russians are not a hearing by it and we've made some significant gains with anti-ballistic missile technology, we have the ability now to knock down missiles that are shot at ships if we had abandoned if we stayed with that treaty we would be at a tactical disadvantage, that's why the anti-ballistic missile treaty the reason the Russian signed it is because they heard Reagan talking about Star Wars and they saw the movie, we invented the nuclear bomb so they know we could probably invent anything so they went along with it because they didn't have the technology to track these objects to the degree that we do so we need anti-ballistic missile system because now all the other countries that the Hostile ones are going after nuclear weapons
