  1. 😢 she as a manger should have reported it broken, put everyone in danger, by not having it fixed. Now they may not have a law suit, failure on her part by not reporting it, and taking action for safty of her and staff. This is a heartbreaking story, hope mangers all over read this, put safety first, take action, report, save lives.
