  1. Greg, what is the chemical load (additives, preservatives, unhealthy fats) of these frozen meals and snacks? I have heard anecdotally that it is quite a lot, but my searches haven't turned up much. My wife and I have been interested in things like Bokksu, but are wary of the chemical load. If you have the chance, could you let us know? Thanks, and we really enjoyed the "Being Japanese" docu!
