  1. I have been using North American Spice & Herb Oregafresh Toothpaste for years. It does not contain glycerin and no harmful additives or toxic ingredients. It's a bit pricey and hard to find, but well worth it!

  2. Good podcast, but L-O-N-G. However as long as it was, several things were never mentioned: Oil pulling, water flossing and glycerin in toothpaste.
