Some good tips, but not very impressed ... the Dr. clearly does not understand how insanely-processed seed oils are, and IMO feel his nutritional knowledge is limited and more based on conventional nutrition. The data and studies he mentions are most likely from conventional sources which have a tendency to be very skewed. No mention of the importance of organics, the additives and toxic chemicals in our food, etc. which lead to weight gain. Obesogenics are REAL. And I just have to say that posture and obvious weight of the Dr. says a lot too.
