It's impressive how you can pronounce the Russian names. My Dutch American friends say "you're not much if you're not Dutch."

Whenever I see one of your presentations, I always check thumbs up even before I start playing because I know it'll be good. This is an interesting topic. Dankejewel for your work on this one.

Thanks very much. I had heard about this group, good to have the background. The Ukrainians most certainly served up their Jewish populations. They were happy to participate in the Holocaust.
17
My Jewish grandmother was proud to consider herself a white Russian. Then again, due to the pogroms, they came to the USA in 1901.

Just one question, will Slovenia please take Melania Trump back!

Love the clothes!

Love that flack tower.

Dankejewel for a good presentation.

I learned something today. But, I never met a Cossack I liked. They made my people's lives miserable. May they rot in hell.
2
It's good to listen to your speech when it flows and smooth. Thanks.
2
@julianshepherd2038 Yeah, me neither.
2
@ПетрВрангель-т8п Exactly.
2
Well done. Love your videos...you had good music on this one...

For the life of me I cannot imagine why Hungary sided with the fooking nazis.
1
@HistoryHustle Yes, it's condition looks perfect. Such a time machine.
1
@HistoryHustle l meant my people were the focus of pogroms that's why I'm in the US or heck, I'd would have been in Russia with sipping vodka.
1
Do they still sell Drum rolling tobacco in the Netherlands? When I was there I tried it and it was excellent.
1
If your parents were born in the US they would be the first generation and you'd be the second generation.
1
The reason she was an executioner was because of that huge wort on her face.
1
I love how some crazy nazis imagine their armband is a rifle.
1
I don't blame anything the Rooskys did to the nazis...
1
Great presentation my man!!!
1
The Dutch are marvelous. Dankejewel for this jewel.
1
I thought the German perspective is "schiesse it's muddy and cold. Why won't those Russians give up?!"
1
If only the Canadians would lose their heavy accent!!!
1
I bet the Dutch had a field day on their Queen's day that year.
1
Where's the narrator from? I can't place his accent at all beyond it being unique to his version of British.
1
@daleburrell6273 Yeah, thanks. I knew he was Dutch from the way he talked and having been there myself, that helped.
1
They actually thought the nazis were going to liberate them? Then the nazis raped their their resources and left them with nothing. And, they got what they deserved in the way they served up their Jewish populations. Great presentation.
1
@HistoryHustle The communities that handed their Jewish populations. And of course the nazis when the Russian steamroller crushed them.
1
If you used the panzer faust and missed there would be so much smoke your position would be given away, and that'd be the end of you.
1
Lots of people cooperated with the nazis. They all thought the nazis were their liberators. And, they agreed with the nazi antisemitism. Maybe they weren't liberated, but they were happy to serve up their Jewish populous.
1
Their standard issue rifles sucked.
1
Great presentation. I love your nazi hat. Hungary as I knew of it, was about sending it being extremely antisemitic and handle over their Jewish populous without batting an eye. Maybe you can do a presentation on the righteous Carl Lutz who was a Swiss diplomats to saved thousands of Jewish people by declaring those people; particularly children as under the Swedish government (I think). He may have not been well known as well as Schlinder and his famous eponymous list. But, Lutz saved way more people even if many were Hungarian children.
1
@shergy1000 OH, you showed me. We'll replace your gratuitous remark. Suck a bug
1
@Obamayevsky You will be replaced.
1
True, true.
1
They just released a movie on Netflix on the battle of Scheldt. They called it the Forgotten Battle or something.

My stepfather fought in Belgium in 1944. One of the towns he said got wiped off the map.
