  1. It happens constantly, especially with used car dealers. There's an epidemic of shady dealers rolling back the mileage or Jerry rigging a car just to get it out the door

  2. I was just watching Eric O on South Main Auto dealing with something that I personally thought to be a "mechanic" removing certain fuses after changing a cv axle. It did not stop the car from running, but it did make it run poorly. Looked to me like that person was trying to set up some future business if ya know what I mean.
