  1. Ray, you can rent those portable industrial sized sand blasters and really do that frame restoration completely. Cutting Edge Engineering here on YouTube has several videos using theirs but your frame shouldn't take nearly as long as their crane's frame did. Plus, you're in Florida. The sand used to blast should be extremely cheap.
