  30. There's a serious problem in this country, people who are not qualified to drive semi trucks are getting their licenses fraudulently, and this is the result. I used to drive forklift for a living and once overheard how one trained foreign-born driver would actually take the test for multiple people and would get paid by each of those people. It was especially bad during the cov19 bs.
