  2.  @sogaria3561  there would be no machete swing, the dude would be under the vehicle. This guy ignored what the experienced local told him to do and risked all of their lives by trying to back up a crappy 4x4 path. One wrong turn of the wheel and you're stuck.

  7.  @luissolares7007  that has no relevance on my original comment! If the local had not been with dude he would of most likely kept reversing until he got stuck. He greatly increased their chances of getting hurt, possibly killed.
