Dillon really does a great job explaining his thought process in this repair. All kinds of great information!

That didn't happen in 300 miles of drive time. Unbelievable how you people comment on something you know nothing about!

Video titled 400,000 mile Toyota Camry, dude has over 500k miles now on his 8th gen Camry. I find it amazing how many ignorant statements are made by butthurt fanboys that have never torn open an engine in their lives.

Still had to do all of the analysis shown in the video. They had to make sure their previous repair wasn't involved or the cause.

@wyattgardner3552 there's no question, the turbo has been bad for thousands of miles.

@MattC0725 8th generation D4-S engines are fantastic and more auto manufacturers are moving in that direction. I purchased a new 2024 Camry SE and the cars an absolute dream to drive. Funny how people who do not own a Toyota are always running around making comments as if they do. What year is your Toyota?

The overwhelming majority of Toyota and Honda vehicles are manufactured and assembled in the US.

Again, zero real world experience @HotIron67

@MattC0725 no, you have to have actual real world experience! You're basing all of your "knowledge" off of what you see online, zero experience! Butthurt fanboys have no clue how well designed and manufactured Toyota vehicles are because youve never actually owned one. We see you people time and time again. Had you actually owned a Toyota, you wouldn't be running your mouth on topics that you have no actual experience in. Toyota recalled and replaced all the engines they had issues with. The issues came from the casting process, fine shavings were left inside the final casting. It wasn't a design flaw and they didn't try to cover it up like GM is doing right now. Funny how you people say nothing about hundreds of thousands of GM vehicles that are being recalled as we speak or the Honda class action oil dilution "earth dreams" 1.5 liter crap! You dullards have never owned a Toyota so you jump on one of the only mistakes made in over the last 20 years. Toyota/Lexus vehicles are the most reliable vehicles on the roads today, fact. It's also obvious that you dolts couldn't replace a head gasket if your lives depended on it or else you would know how easy it is to work on a Toyota. You've most likely never owned an actuall toolbox in your life! Weird how the most popular, high level mechanics here on YouTube all say Toyota/Lexus vehicles are the most reliable on the roads but your crowd knows better, because you read it online!
