Then in the very last shot, she looks to her left and almost smiles. Thing is, she doesn't look into the camera, it's almost as if she is looking at someone just out of view of the camera and smiles. Plus, it looks like they are on some island somewhere?

There's another documentary with him called "Gringo: the dangerous life of John McAfee" in which they interview young women that tell the stories about what he paid them to do to him while they were still in high school. Things that no young woman would ever tell the public. Plus, have you seen this documentary, who did she look at in the last scene, she didn't look into the camera.
