  1. I will never understand why police leave openings for criminals to drive through? That cop could've easily blocked the exit to that driveway but instead stopped short and allowed them to get back onto the roadway. Edit: if anything, the old man could sue the corrupt district attorneys who allowed these criminals to continually get back out onto the streets plus the police for simply allowing them to exit that driveway.
