I once met one of the leaders of the Chinese mafia in my Midwestern city. I met him through an ex girlfriend's brother & playing basketball. It was on a Big Ten university campus, once I went back to his apartment after playing ball, I had never seen so many Chinese men in one place all at once in my life. Im obviously leaving out how I knew they were mafia but the whole situation let me know just how these things are able to happen in countries outside of China.
