  22. The difference between Ukraine blowing up that dam, and Russia blowing theirs up is both the dams the Russians blew had huge settlements down stream and lead to the death of thousands, while Ukraine's dam floods into the battle zone which has been evacuated a long time ago.

I have two theory's with the dam. 1. it was done by Russian on purpose, as they gave warning to armor before they blew it. or 2. they had a naval mine go free upstream and get pulled toward the dam they knew it was coming closed the water valves to try and stop it from floating into the dam, it hit the side and then set off the mines inside the building as a secondary. either way it is Russia's fault. wouldn't be the first time a naval mind by the Russians hits something because it floated away. [Turkish merchant ship last year] [Odessa had mines float ashore.]

DPU rounds work by having a Depleted Uranium rod that when in contact with kinetic force will heat up to temperatures capable of melting even the toughest armor. its the rod that melts through the armor. yes its dust does have a negative impact on ones health if breathed in, but to be honest if you are being hit by DPU, you have bigger issues then your lung health.
