Its China though... they lie as easily as they breath like most communist and dictatorships type countries. they want to compete but physically cant due to the threats and restrictions it puts on its civilians freedom of thought. China doesn't have a lot of the things it says it does and the stuff it does is copied stolen or ripped off of other pre-existing things from other countries.
