  3. hope not. cus when you raise the minimum wage they raise the price of everything else. if you want bread milk and ect to be twice as expensive sure... lets raise it. otherwise dont raise it. what you need is business owners to increase wages independently. if the bottom line goes up. the average goes up too and nothing will be accomplished.
