so. i didnt see the person shoot him and the cut was bad. so i am going to hold judgement on this. gona look around and see if i can find the original video.

@MarkyMark2177 I have the full unedited video now and looked it over, they did not shoot the fleeing guy it looks like it but he did not, he is laying up against a berm with his gun up at an angle liked this \ not down the trunk but up at the sky, the angle makes it look like he aiming down, though I will say he is wasting ammo firing into the sky blindly. fleeing guy most likely caught shrapnel from the mortar and moved away before his body went into shock, adrenaline will do that in war.
