  4. I mean there are old radio and phone clips with Russian conscripts saying they had orders to shoot civilians. "If it moves, they ordered us to kill it" though I cannot verify the location or unit or even time. I knew they were back when the video of the Russian 30mm BMP shot the elderly couple in their car on CCTV. we need to look back into these recordings and try to find out who this commander or general is who ordered this text of line and make him pay for his actions alongside the soldiers who committed the order.
