Personally, if the person boys the cards.. they are legally his, if they where not meant to be released that responsibility lies on the person who sold it to him. you could buy the cards back from him for the price he spent for the packs from his source, but to send PMC's to get the cards back is highly unethical and possibly illegal. The card purchaser is not at fault, he is a consumer. The one at fault is the retailer or seller who sold those goods to him in the first place.
