"No plan survives first contact" -Helmuth von Moltke 1871. you can plan all you want but what makes an ambush dangerous is the suddenness in which it takes the to happen. very few seconds to react and jumping out like that will get you killed. one other thing is the video shows enemy forces as unarmored and incompetent. do not lie to your forces they will up against armored and skill opponents toning down the threat they will face in simulations only servers to weaken them when it comes to the application of these techniques. First contact should be to deploy smokes the moment the engagement happens so you can regroup and setup a proper defensive position, adding smoke disperses [one time use] to the top may be a valid strategy.
