  10. too be honest the guy who poked his head out was going to die either way, they are in a live fire zone w/o any idea where the foxholes are, trying to clear. not much room for "hay surrender" most of the time its the last group in the last part of the trench networks that get this treatment. you cannot take captives when people are actively shooting at you 5 - 30m away. you have to secure most of the area before you can give them the option. even then they believe Russian propaganda and try to grenade themselves and you with them. its not Hollywood you cannot just yell. SURRENDER and they will do it. because then you have given your position away to every Russian in the area.
