  1. The premise that if somebody spends the wealth that the rich 'save' everybody will be better off is ideological fantasy. The idea that the state even knows how to efficiently spend for the community benefit more efficiently than the wealthy saving and benefitting the community indirectly is equally dubious. Your neighbour having greater wealth has NO direct influence on your ability to acrue wealth.
