  1. There is no free market with fiat currency. The state forces us to use money that they produce out of thin air and set the price/interest rate to vary the demand. They cannot allow a real market as we would all use Gold coins or equivalent Apple or Google money if they performed better. Our money is a state racket - Richard is trying to argue that it is virtuous and non-disruptive because he believes he and his buddies know best how to use property and real money would help give power back to the people curtailing all the ideological games.

  2.  @skookum3000  - In a free economy there would be 100% asset based banks/trading houses that credit your account with any commodity they support and hold. You would pay for this with your labour or goods by exchange just as you do now when receiving mickey-mouse currency credits.
