  1. @Britboy 94 fact is that it bureaucracy did not slow down the EU. UK was still under EU rules when it decided to vaccinate people, and every eu member is free to approve, and buy, any vaccine it wants, and set the rules for its population. Fact is that UK authorities took the risk to vaccinate people when others were more prudent. It paid off, but the EU has nothing to do with that.

  2.  @arisernestoskolios317  you are wrong. It was, and it still, is possible for any EU member to approve, buy and set its policy regarding vaccination. The UK was in fact under eu rules when your Gov't decided to vaccinate early. The EU has no say in the matter.
