@MrDeli333 Your reply makes no sense: you say that "the burden of evidence lays on the maker of the video" and you say yourself there are sources listed with the video. I may be stupid, but it seems obvious that TLDR backs up its video, as you agree yourself. "If you look at the source list it's media that is known to have a big bias against Turkey and the Turkish people. " Who says that the media used are heavily biased? It is "known" by whom exactly? How? You, some random guy on Youtube, is the one who decides who is biased and who is not? Did not you talk about "burden of proof" in your reply? Does not it apply to you?

meteci keteci Greeks S300 was a leftover of the Cypriot crisis. It cannot be compared to the S400 purchase by Turkey, which clearly violates NATO rules.

meteci keteci Ah, OK, if "it doesn't matter where it was used or where it left off.", it is "comparable". In short, if you ignore where the issue is, there is no issue. Makes sense... Wait...no!

@denizthemenace2000 That's an issue to be discussed between Turkey and the USA. And that was not my point. My point was that if Greece ended up with the S300 from Cyprus, it is because Turkey did not want that country to have a sophisticated air to air defense which could challenge its air superiority. To solve the issue, Greece took over the S300 and gave a less sophisticated system to Cyprus. This is by no mean comparable to the S400 issue. Turkey decided to buy Russian stuff, violating NATO rules and despite beeing warned by Washington. The reason why USA are not happy and retaliate by embargoe the F-35. The competing SAMP/T could have been a solution, but relationship between France and Turkey are "somewhat" bad at the moment.
