  2.  @Jole30  i know a few about the subject and can tell you your number is BS. Actual number depends of the SAM system in question (the layers of the different systems, in fact) the targets, their location, when and where they are identified… A 100% rate is possible in certain circonstances on some targets.

  4.  @andrewallen9993  what are you talking about? Bombing a factory a power plant is not the same as targeting civilians, to break their will to fight, in accordance with Giulio Douhet theory. Which eventually never worked.
