  1. It maybe the case, but Russia would have to concentrate strong forces to take back the bridgehead. Like the Ukrainians did to take back Kherson. Can they do that while also attacking around Adiivka? Or even without weakening some parts of the front?

  2. I think that the type of warfare has changed. Rasputitza is still a hindrance, but the fight is more about small quantities of soldiers attacking entrenched soldiers, covered by an anti aircraft bubble and supported by artillery. Not large forces of tanks and IFVs charges or cavalry runs. Moving supplies around is not so critical.
