@gaz7097 Why did AZ sign a contract with the EU they knew they can't fulfill in the first place? UK has nothing to do with that. AZ and the EU signed a contract, and it must be fulfilled. If it is proven that AZ promised more than they could do, they will face the consequences.

@gaz7097 The EU suspects that it was delayed because AZ gave priority to another customer. And that's not what is in the contract. I'm no lawyer, so I don't have any competence in that. You seem to know that AZ is in its right. How do you know that?

What's your point? If AZ does not meet its contractual obligations, it can be banned from the EU market on all its products. Do you want them to go bankrupt? I don't know who is right or wrong here, but it is in the best interrest of the EU and AZ to find an agreement.
