  1. 11:10 as a French, i confirm that the mall does not look AT ALL like a Printemps, Galeries Lafayette or Chanel mall. No large TFT screen, no bags packed on the shelves, no stickers on the goods… in luxury malls. This looks like a random shop that use to sell… well… Chinese goods.

  2. That’s a dealership… BMW has nothing to do with the customers and the people working for that dealership. If you take a coke in a shop from a fridge with the name « Coca Cola » on it, this company is not responsible if the drink is not at the right temperature because the owner switched it off.
