  1. No. It would be more like a priest or bigot of some sort and a Mexican. The Mexican would help, while the priest would not. That’s what I understand from this interpretation. In short : your neighbor is the one that will borrow you his lawnmower, rather than the one that pretends that he knows what you should do and why.
