@Imawhiteboard 99.99% which would mean its up to police discretion. but w.e.. his superiors must have felt must have felt differently. however, I would lay bet that if he wasnt in the NFL no1 would of cared. and the officer wouldnt have got canned..

@AAA-be6wk i know they did a study in atleast one municipality, (they did this with road cameras so unless they are also racist) that showed black ppl were 5x more likely to speed..... and with the attitude that all cops are out to get yuh, maybe a percentage are less likely to comply when given direct orders.... the amount of Racists in the police force would reflect the amount of Racists in the population.... nothing to do with the police force, and you cant group them all in together, im sure there are many good police ;p;p Majority, i hope this can be proven in your subjective experience... If anything the problem would be that there are not enough police occupying certain black communities... when crime rates go up no1 wants to invest in these communities.. they go poor, and lack in opportunity for the ppl who live there.. thats when ppl turn to crime... when theres not enough police enforcement, Criminals run a muck, and when criminals are running a muck, sum of them are going to get shot...... if there were more police maybe they could have a better chance at policing themselves if there was a few bad apples... this i will head to you as there is an old saying, "watch your brothers back"... it has been proven time n time again to be very hard to battle corruption in the police force... Police are ppl too, Ones whos job has a very high stress level day in and day out, and high level of danger, they are packing weapons and expected to know what to do with it in the heat of the moment... You cannot expect every situation to go right.. not every moment is equal... I for one, try my best to make sure i am making parts of their job easy for them.... (the Media makes $$$ on sensationalism... even when it is not present.) So no.... I dont play with identity politics... it is hurtful, it polarizes a country... gives bad ppl a voice on such subjects... gives race baiters political voice... and is completely unfounded. ;p;p;p Moral of the story is, Black or White there is equal good in all ppl... I was also going to send you a link to a video, sum kid who was shot by cops... his parents on the news saying "he told them he had no gun and they shot him anyway" than it pans over to a vid of him running with a gun in his shorts... shooting this gun, and saying to the camera "sry mom n dad i just cant go to jail.." but the vid is buried at the moment... Definite proof of Media LIES!!! ;p;p;p

"but if the guy had blonde hair and blue eyes.." ;);) ok, your making a lot of leaps here, i am friendly and i just want to help.. this arrest, the treatment of the guy, just cuz he was black doesnt automatically mean racism... do u see??? ;p;p lets walk through this quick... first of all You cannot prove that if he had blonde hair and blue eyes that he wouldnt have been treated in the same manner... so why bother come to a conclusion such as the one you have made??? How would you feel if the guy was white??? if I was an officer, specially a white officer... i would be intimidated by the fact that if i do or say the wrong thing.. somone is going to accuse me of being a racist and my whole life is going to be ruined... remember, this guy did lose his job over this.. and i am not going to defend or criticize his actions because I do not know what i do not know..... any speculation i could make is just that... speculation, based on nothing really.

Jeff Jacobs as ive said many times in this 500 comment thread... doing over 30 miles over is not a simple traffic infraction, that is endangerment to the public even more so for the same reasons, ex: what if he killed sum1's father or brother or "himself"... as you have placed on the table..

@keonbarber1179 over 25 is an arrestable offense... here if your 40km over which is roughly 20m you will lose your license. for a few months, and if you get multiple over 40s on your record you can lose your license for years.... your vehicle will be towed to the impound and even your car has a sentence, up to over a month in the impound, AND EVERY DAY its in there will cost you over 60$ on top of your fines.. and you cannot pull the insurance off to get $$$ back while it is in the impound.. total scam, our car insurance provider is just like the DMV.. theres only one ;);) hey be happy you all live in the good ol USA and respect the laws you have there, its really a privilege ;p;p;p

so an officer just waits with the car???????? im just curious cuz where im from the police call a tow company who then tows your car to the impound n you have to pay to get it back...... :/
