  3.  @jayple_syrup  it would actually fall into xenophobia, but i dont believe in such a thing... being proud of your own country gives other ppl in other countries the opportunity to be proud of theirs!! and then we get sum healthy competition. and ppl looking out for their own interests.. "everyone looks out for their own fingers.." Is what they say in the sawmill ;p;p I believe in Nation States.. gives regular ppl the power to have their interests met in the context of their culture and the geographic location they reside in!!! :):):) and a nation state cannot exist without national pride!!!

  4.  @jayple_syrup  well its goes alot farther than the seemingly innocuous definition to understand what it really is.. Used by radical Liberal types.... as a four letter word, to shame conservatives and undermine national pride... which pushes for ppl to fall onto secondary identities ie. race, gender, sexuality... they like to use these "identity politics" to divide ppl into swing votes, pitting these groups against each other, just so "they" can get into power... but it basically just means you think the that way the way things are done in your country is better than the way things are done in other countries... i know horrible right ;););P but to be a Unified country you must adhere to xenophobia in sum shape or form.... Unity = Strength.. you can come from a different background but under one flag we should Unite under commonalities... today these radical Liberal ideas are tearing apart the social fabric of many countries that were once considered unified and peaceful... Im starting to see this my own country... i live in Canada btw... but this is an age old discussion that leads all the way back to the rise of Socialism... which is where these radical Liberal ideologies stem from.. i would like to add that radical Liberals and Socialism alike = Big government... Big governments killed millions of ppl in the last century... governments want more power, Democratic Republics/Capitalism gives power and freedom to "Private Citizens" rather than government.. this gets in the way of Big government, hense the push for Socialism by these Liberal types, through ideology.. (ideas that btw sound good on paper to the average person so you gotta watch out dont vote for "free" stuff from government, rather vote to get "freedoms" from government, which means the government can F off in many cases)... ;p for ex. free college for all, isnt free.... only for government is it so.. ppl end up paying more in taxes for a crappier education... while the gov gets bloated on your money... more taxes hurts business, meaning less employment opportunities, smaller paychecks, money is worth less.... this is what is wrong with socialist policies... but most of the time they say "education should be a human right" and suddenly everyone is on board.. ;p;p cuz it sounds good, but they both mean the same thing...... for Socialism to work, the family structure has to be broken down, social cohesion/national pride must be gotten rid of.. hense these Ideas being pushed today.. and terms like xenophobic being used to describe ppl with conservative ideals ie. freedom from government oppression, right to private property, no taxation without representation!!! I know... BIG can of worms. ;p;p;p what country do you live in btw?, maybe i can give you examples of recent events that link to what im saying here....
