Another mysterious radio signal are those Driftnet Radio Buoys (DRB) which transmit 3 letter Morse Code used by fishing boats operating in open seas and oceans for collecting fishing nets. These are low power and operate between 1600 khz and up to 4.000 Mhz including thr 160 meter band. On a good night they can be heard for hundreds or even thousands of miles.
