  1. That was really interesting. Here in the states the FCC gutted their monitoring stations years ago, I guess to save money. Years ago the FCC used to take ham radio violations very seriously and amateur radio operators were always on their toes not to mess up. These days, they don't really seem to care as evidenced on the ongoing nonsense on some of the ham radio bands.
